Collaboration Built on Empathy & Respect
Empathy isn’t just a skill — it’s a mindset. I strive to build a healthy and safe work environment where people feel respected, valued, and supported, knowing that the best ideas come from teams where every voice matters.
Never Stop Asking “Why?”
Every idea is a hypothesis. Every assumption is just a starting point. I believe in constant questioning, iterating, and testing my own and my team’s ideas to push past biases, uncover blind spots, and discover better solutions.
Design for Good & Do No Harm
Every design decision has an impact. I choose to build products that empower, not manipulate —always respecting users, fostering trust, and contributing to a more ethical and sustainable design industry.
Solve Problems, Not Just Stack Features
Mediocre products focus on feature output, while great products solve real problems and drive meaningful outcomes. I prioritize impact over ideas, making sure every design decision creates real value and moves the business forward.
Exploring the World, Collecting Experiences
Growing up, summers in my grandparents’ village taught me to appreciate the simplicity of nature. That love for the outdoors turned into a passion for exploring — immersing myself in new cultures, collecting visual inspiration, and expanding my understanding of the world. 24 countries later, the world still feels like an open map waiting to be explored.
Getting Lost in Modern and Contemporary Art
Wherever I go, modern and contemporary art museums are always at the top of my must-visit list. Anything related to art — books, courses, exhibitions, and events — makes my heart beat with excitement and allows me to see the world differently. As long as art exists and people continue to create, I believe there is still hope for humanity.
Finding Beauty, Joy, and Calmness in Simple Things
Whether I’m at home with my beloved partner in crime, cat Fufa — reading books (yeah, I’m a bookworm), rewatching Friends, or doing puzzles; out and about discovering new experiences; or simply sitting in a park with my goose buddies, I always remind myself that life isn’t just about achievements — it’s about the luxury of being present.
